This panel presentation hosted by King & Spalding will focus on a “Day in the Life of a Transactional Attorney” where 1L students can hear from associates in our corporate, finance and real estate practice groups discuss their backgrounds, what led them to choose transactional work and what it looks like in practice. Attorneys will share information of all of the types of transactional work possible and give students a glimpse of what a day in the life of a transactional attorney looks like.
