Dr. Eduardo Conghos, an environmental lawyer and litigator in Buenos Aires, Argentina, will join us for a discussion moderated by Professor Adam Orford.

Conghos is currently an Associate Professor at National University of the South, and the Director of GreenCo Energy, an environmental advisory service.

Conghos will discuss environmental constitutional regulations in Latin America, and compare approaches related to the inclusion of the environment and its resources as a subject of law. Cases from the Argentinian Supreme Court will offer a look into the role of the judge, the judicial procedure and the importance of the decision.
