View mapJoin the Georgia Criminal Law Review in a panel discussion with Justice John Ellington and Justice Pinson of the Supreme Court of Georgia, as well as Supreme Court of Georgia Judicial Law Clerk Alex Clark (UGA Law ‘22). This panel will focus on the Supreme Court of Georgia’s recent decision in Jones v. State, 321 Ga. 137, 913 S.E.2d 700 (2025), which upheld search warrants granting police access to cell phone location data history, also known as geofence warrants, as constitutional.
