Thinking about a federal clerkship but not sure where to start? Join Professor Rutledge and Ms. Luciani for Your Federal Clerkship Game Plan: Strategies, Timing, and Tips, a practical session designed to walk 2Ls and 3Ls through the ins and outs of applying for post-graduate federal clerkships.

We'll cover key topics like:

  • When to apply and how the timeline works
  • Which Courts and locations to consider
  • What application materials you’ll need
  • What judges value in candidates
  • Strategic ways to strengthen your application

Whether you’re actively planning to apply or just exploring your options, this session is for you. Don’t count yourself out too quickly—you might be a stronger candidate for a clerkship than you realize. This session will help you start to think through where you might be a good fit and how to put your best foot forward in the applications.

This session is for 2L and 3L students. For 1Ls we will host this program again when the timing aligns for your career search. If registration is cloesd, you are welcome to attend and we will capture you at the door.
